We designed a vibrant and structured digital ecosystem. By implementing a color-coded navigation system and custom icons for different learning paths, we transformed a text-heavy curriculum into an inviting and easy-to-navigate visual library. A significant increase in internal course enrollment and a stronger culture of learning, positioning the L&D department as a modern, employee-centric hub within the organization.
